Privacy Policy

• We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs.
• Your recovery phrase and private keys are generated and stored on your device. We never see them.
• The App is non-custodial. You alone control your funds.

Consistent with Apple's App Privacy framework, the App's privacy nutrition label is "Data Not Collected". We do not collect:

• Contact info (name, email, phone, address)
• Identifiers (user ID, device ID, advertising identifier)
• Usage data, diagnostics, or crash reports tied to you
• Location, contacts, photos, or browsing history
• Financial information, recovery phrases, or private keys

The following information is created and stored locally on your iPhone and is not transmitted to us:

• Your recovery phrase (mnemonic) and derived private keys, stored in the iOS Keychain (Secure Enclave-backed where supported).
• App preferences such as your selected display currency or app-lock setting.
• A local cache of public on-chain data to improve performance.

You may delete this data at any time by removing the App from your device.

If you opt in, the App can store an end-to-end encrypted backup of your recovery phrase using Apple's iCloud Keychain so you can restore your wallet on a new device. This backup is managed entirely by Apple under your Apple ID. We do not have access to the contents of iCloud Keychain. You can disable this at any time in the App or in iOS Settings.

To display balances, prices, and network data, the App makes requests directly from your device to:

• Public HyperEVM and HyperCore RPC endpoints (to read on-chain data and broadcast transactions you sign).
• Public price data providers (to display market prices).

These requests may contain technical information such as your IP address and the public wallet address you are viewing, which those providers may log according to their own policies. We do not operate these services and do not receive personal data from them. We never share private keys or recovery phrases with any third party.

• Camera — used only when you choose to scan a QR code. Images are processed on-device and never uploaded.
• Face ID / Touch ID — used only to unlock the App if you enable the app lock. Biometric data never leaves the Secure Enclave.
• iCloud Keychain — used only if you opt in to backup.

HyperEVM Wallet is not directed to children under 17 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Because we do not collect personal data, there is generally no data for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you have questions about your rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, contact us at the email below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
